Abuse Policy of Efficiently

Efficiently is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. This Abuse Policy outlines prohibited behaviors and our enforcement procedures.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Efficiently:

  • Harassment: Targeting individuals with unwanted contact, threats, or intimidating behavior
  • Discrimination: Treating users differently based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Spam and Manipulation: Sending unsolicited messages, creating fake accounts, or manipulating platform features
  • Exploitation: Using the platform to scam, deceive, or exploit other users
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another user, group owner, or Efficiently staff member
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
  • Malicious Activities: Distributing malware, phishing, or engaging in other harmful activities

Roblox Terms Compliance

Users must also comply with Roblox Terms of Service and Community Standards when using Efficiently. Actions that violate Roblox policies may also violate our Abuse Policy.

Reporting Abuse

If you witness or experience abuse on Efficiently, please report it immediately. When reporting, include:

  • The username(s) of the individuals involved
  • A description of the abusive behavior
  • Any evidence (screenshots, links, etc.)
  • The date and time of the incident

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

  • Warning: First-time or minor violations may result in a formal warning
  • Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary account suspension
  • Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination
  • Legal Action: Criminal activities may be reported to law enforcement

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may submit an appeal. Appeals will be reviewed by our team and a decision will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions on appeals are final.
