Efficiently respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Efficiently infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on our platform
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

How We Handle Claims

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notification, we will:

• Review the claim promptly
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the content about the takedown
• Provide the user an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringers

Efficiently maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. Users who repeatedly violate copyright policies may have their access to the platform permanently revoked.
